Our technical office, production planning and production departments are all integrated and work together to ensure efficiency and to provide a proactive support service to our clients throughout the process from product development, filing information and statistics to flexible planning and producing detailed work programmes to create certificates of conformity.
Meticulous attention to quality
Throughout the entire production process we perform regular controls on quality. It all starts with an attentive procurement process beginning with the selection of the raw material supplier to ensure only prime quality materials are purchased, we then check flatness and material internal stresses to ensure maximum material workability, tolerances and efficient production times as well as minimising on waste.
Just-in-time
We pay meticulous attention to packaging and shipping of all goods we produce. We deal with your delivery requirements to European and international sites applying the just-in-time strategy. All goods are shipped with an extensive and comprehensive detailed packing list, identifying all the pieces in a package, facilitating assembly once on site.
Quality Assurance Certificates
As of 2004 the company has adopted and been accredited with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards certificate. Conforming to standards is part of the company’s quality policy, an inbred feature compared to the competition. In 2018 the company was accredited with the latest version of the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. Profil System recognises and comprehends the importance of industry standards and working as partner to leading companies in the fabrication of AS/RS systems has been certified in conformity with the UNI EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2001 regarding CE marking of structural steel components.
